Job Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels . Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS , and provide weekly/monthly performance reports. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting. Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies. Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high ROI delivery. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates . Required Skills Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) , Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup) . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions. Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management. Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
