Job Title: Account Manager (US Staffing) Location: Ahmadabad, Gujarat, India (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift) Experience: 2 - 8 years Company Overview: ZonForce is a professional staffing and solutions firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions in the skill areas of; Information Technology, Government, Insurance and Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Clinical Research. Within our staffing range, we provide temporary, temporary-to-hire, direct placement services for individuals as well as full team placements. Primary Duties: Navigate and work with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Indeed. Work with U.S.-based staffing firms, being a bridge between the client and resources. Source and interact with U.S. IT Staffing professionals (Clients/Vendors) for potential business leads. Research and implement new ideas for active and passive job searches. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our IT services. Provide excellent customer service/ client relations skills with a proven track record of client retention. Maintain clear and organised work reports and other organisational documentation. Work in a team environment to achieve personal and team sales goals. Requirements: Prior experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive in the IT services industry is a plus. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence. A self-motivated and result-oriented individual who meets deadlines and sales quotas (Monthly/Quarterly). Knowledge of various US Visa and Tax forms such as US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & C2C). Ability to think freely and manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals. Prior telemarketing experience supporting the U.S. IT staffing industry. Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is a plus. Fluent English language skills. Proven proficiency in using MS Office Suite products such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
