Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Engage customers effectively to understand their needs and provide recommendations. Promote and sell ZUUP by Red Chief products to maximize sales and achieve targets. Maintain excellent customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist in inventory checks and ensure stock availability on the sales floor. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Collaborate with store and team members to enhance overall store performance. Follow company policies and ensure compliance with retail standards. Requirements: Minimum 10th grade pass. Prior retail sales experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Personable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals. Flexible to work in shifts and weekends as required.
