Title - Sonic Location - Bangalore Exp : 3 to 15 years Work mode: Hybrid JD : Porting/integrating SAI layers and BSP/Platform areas. Both these are SONIC layers that work close to hardware. SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface): Standardized API used by SONiC open-source community that interfaces with Cisco or any other vendor specific hardware layer (ASIC layer). BSP (Board Support Package): Necessary drivers, libraries, and boot code for SONiC to run on specific hardware(Yocto-based components). Could be Cisco or any other ASIC vendors. Strong experience on SONiC network operating system (Microsoft open source for network operating systems). Knowledge on programming languages like Python and C/C++. Good understanding of Linux internals and development environment. Experience on Cisco Cloud-Scale ASIC is an added plus.
