The ideal candidate will work onsite in Chandigarh and must have hands-on experience using Intuit QuickBooks and other payroll platforms, with deep knowledge of federal and state payroll compliance. You will be responsible for processing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles, per-diem, managing invoicing, tax filing, and collaborating across departments. Key Responsibilities: Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for W2, 1099, and C2C employees using Intuit QuickBooks and other tools. Collect timesheets from the HR Department, validate hours, and ensure accurate payroll processing. Reconcile payroll records and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll documentation. Generate and send timely invoices to clients; follow up regularly for prompt collections.
