Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Pune, with some work from home flexibility. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role also involves maintaining employee records, managing payroll, coordinating training programs, and ensuring a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Experience with HR software and tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in payroll management and performance tracking is a plus A culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving skills
