Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Analyst to join our EPC division in Surat. The Tender Analyst will be responsible for evaluating tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring full compliance with technical and commercial requirements. The role requires strong analytical ability, cross-functional coordination, and in-depth knowledge of the solar EPC sector. Key Responsibilities Review, interpret, and analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EoIs, NITs) for solar EPC projects. Prepare and submit detailed techno-commercial proposals within strict deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to gather required inputs. Develop BOQs, cost estimations, and pricing strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure compliance with all tender guidelines, contractual terms, and regulatory standards. Monitor key tender portals (SECI, NTPC, GUVNL, State DISCOMs, international EPC opportunities). Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and tender-related correspondence. Maintain a comprehensive database of submitted tenders, analyze win/loss performance, and track competitor activity. Support the Business Development team in opportunity identification and risk assessment. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) , Commerce , or Management . 2–5 years of proven experience in tendering, contracts, or EPC projects (preferably in solar/renewable energy). Solid understanding of Indian and international EPC tendering processes. Strong analytical, commercial, and cost estimation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portal operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
