Position Summary We are seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Operations Manager (WFO) who will take full ownership of driving revenue for Neodrafts. This role combines lead generation, campaign execution, client success, and operational excellence . You will: Design and execute lead generation campaigns, Convert qualified prospects into long-term client engagements, and Build scalable processes to deliver strong ROI. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Revenue Growth Research, identify, and qualify high-value B2B prospects across industries (US/Global). Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, digital) to generate qualified leads. Own the pipeline from prospecting → nurturing → conversion into active clients. Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets. Marketing Campaign Execution Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for Neodrafts and client projects. Develop persuasive outreach content (emails, LinkedIn messages, landing pages). Test and refine messaging, subject lines, and workflows for higher engagement. Use automation and marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp). Client Engagement & Retention Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align solutions. Present Neodrafts’ capabilities and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring campaigns deliver promised results. Build long-term client relationships with reporting, updates, and performance reviews. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value. Operations & Process Management Maintain CRM hygiene with detailed tracking of prospects, campaigns, and client interactions. Automate reporting dashboards for pipeline, conversions, and ROI tracking. Streamline lead gen workflows for efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, strategy) to ensure timely delivery. Strategy & Growth Work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and service offerings. Identify new industries/verticals to expand Neodrafts’ client base. Contribute to thought leadership content, case studies, and marketing assets. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep Neodrafts ahead of the curve. Key Requirements Experience : 3–6 years in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or marketing operations (US/Global market preferred). Revenue Focus : Proven success in generating leads and converting them into paying clients. Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with CRM and lead gen platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp). Marketing Knowledge : Deep understanding of B2B funnels, targeting, email best practices, and campaign automation. Client Success : Strong ability to manage onboarding, retention, and upselling. Communication : Excellent spoken and written English; persuasive in pitching and outreach. Mindset : Growth-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a performance-based culture. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
