The Cloud Engineer Il will be responsible for: Lead the blueprint design process; offer thought leadership and engineering expertise. Support the implementation of cloud-based solutions throughout the organization; serve as a cloud advocate. Offer continuous technical support to cloud-based solutions end-users and stakeholders. Monitor the performance of cloud applications and solutions; analyze opportunities for improvement. ·Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols throughout design process; collaborate with cybersecurity and software engineering teams. Required Qualifications 3+ years of working experience with cloud engineering; developing cloud solutions; cloud architecture Experience developing and implementing cloud adoption plans and cloud application design Desired Qualifications Experience working in the financial services industry; understanding of the role of custodial and consumer banks; experience managing sensitive financial data Experience with: VMware, vSAN, AWS, Azure, OpenStack, NSX, SDN, etc. Experience working in an agile development environment Working experience with cyber security; cyber security coursework, experience or certifications Experience with infrastructure architecture; cloud-applications to infrastructure Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline Experience in the following: CI/CD Tooling, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Chaos Engineering Tooling, RedHat, Linux, Windows, VPC, Firewalls, IAM, Encryption, Proficiency with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or DataDog.
