We specialize in premium plots, floors, and apartments, and are now expanding our sales team to meet growing client demand.Role Overview:We are looking for a driven and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions while representing NRK Realtors in a professional and trustworthy manner.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and set up meetings.Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, site visits, and digital channels.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams.Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update CRM/records.Requirements:Graduate (any stream); MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.Prior experience in real estate sales or similar client-facing role will be an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation activities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.Knowledge of Gurgaon locations, sectors, and real estate hubs is a strong add-on.Having a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client/site visits is a plus.Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate are welcome to apply.What We Offer:Competitive fixed salary + attractive incentives.Exposure to premium Gurgaon and Delhi real estate market.Opportunity to learn and grow under industry experts with 30+ years of experience.Supportive and performance-driven work environment.Job Type: InternshipContract length: 3 monthsPay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
