Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Supervise daily cafeteria operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of supplies. Team Leadership Manage and train cafeteria staff including chefs, servers, and cleaners. Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure smooth functioning. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Customer Experience Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food items. Promote menu items and seasonal offerings to boost engagement. Financial Oversight Track daily sales, cash handling, and POS operations. Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to the head office. Monitor budget adherence and cost control measures. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to local health regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits of kitchen and service areas. Maintain documentation for inspections and certifications.
