Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA and Testing Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function for our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, managing test automation, and ensuring all ApnaGhar digital assets meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and usability. This is a leadership role requiring close collaboration with Product, DevOps, Engineering, and Business teams. Key Responsibilities • Define and implement a robust QA strategy, test plans, and testing processes for our e-commerce platform and mobile applications. • Lead a team of manual and automation QA engineers, mentoring and scaling the team as needed. • Establish and enforce best practices in functional, regression, performance, load, security, and UAT testing. • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for API, web, and mobile platforms (Selenium, Appium, etc.). • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing for all UI components. • Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure early and continuous testing. • Drive CI/CD testing integration using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline. • Own the bug triage and release sign-off process with a focus on fast iteration and zero-defect releases. • Define, monitor, and report quality KPIs (defect leakage, code coverage, test execution rates). • Work with customer support and product managers to reproduce field issues and ensure timely resolution. Requirements Must-Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in QA, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role. • Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. • Strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, Postman, or similar tools. • Experience with API testing, load testing (e.g., JMeter), and security testing. • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (LARAVEL, custom stacks) or marketplaces. • Strong understanding of Agile development, Jira, and version control (Git). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: • Experience in testing cloud-native apps hosted on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.). • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, or CloudWatch. • Prior experience in scaling QA for startups or fast-growing digital platforms.
