To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Inside Sales / Export Sales Executive with experience in selling chemicals and fertilizers, especially Ammonium Phosphate (MAP/DAP). Position Review As a Senior Inside Sales / Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our online and export sales channels. This is an in-house role based at our Rajkot office, with a focus on lead generation, conversion, client relationship management, and export documentation. Key Responsibilities • Manage online B2B platforms (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Alibaba, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads from other sources also. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and product brochures (COA, MSDS). • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth order execution with dispatch/accounts team. • Build and maintain a strong distributor/dealer database segmented by geography and crop focus. • Collaborate with marketing team to run digital campaigns (WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). • Track export leads and handle basic documentation (DGFT, HS codes, incoterms). • Maintain compliance with Fertilizer (Control) Order (FCO 1985) and export regulations. • Provide weekly MIS reports on leads, closures, revenue, and repeat customers. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Eligibility Criteria • Minimum Graduate or Maters (B.Sc. or M.Sc. Agriculture/Chemistry/Commerce) with 5–8 years’ experience in inside sales or export sales of chemicals/fertilizers. • Strong knowledge of MAP/DAP positioning, fertilizer trade, and export market requirements. • Experience working with B2B sales portals (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Alibaba, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati; excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce) and ERP order entry. • Strong negotiation, client management, and relationship-building skills. Tools & Support Provided by Company • Access to paid Indiamart/TradeIndia/Alibaba membership for quality lead generation. • CRM system for managing leads and sales pipeline. • WhatsApp Business API, bulk SMS and email marketing tools. • Comprehensive product training (MAP/DAP/NPK, fertilizer positioning, compliance). • Marketing collateral, brochures, and demo kits. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Lead response time (within 24 hours). • Number of qualified leads generated per week. • Order closures and revenue achieved per month. • Repeat customer percentage and retention rate. • Export leads converted and documentation accuracy. Compensation & Benefits • Fixed Salary: ₹5.5 – 7.0 LPA (based on experience) • Incentives: based and linked to order closure and sales revenue.
