Job Role : Chartered Accountant Experience - 5-8 Years’ of relevant experience in Financial Reporting Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance & accounts team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience and will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: 1.Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly and year to date financial results, as per of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. dependently coordinating with Statutory Auditor with regard to finalization of books of accounts, resolving their queries, discussion of audit report and timely closure of audit. 3.To prepare stand-alone & consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts and disclosures ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs). 4.Review and analysis of trial balances, carry out regular ledger scrutiny and maintaining hygiene of books of accounts so as to generate various reports from ERP and error free. 5.Preparation of various working notes and documentation thereof required for Cost Audit, Tax Audit; coordinating with them with regard to query solution, discussion of audit report and timely closure of audits. 6.Perform various month closure activities so as to timely close periodic books of accounts and to prepare & review monthly P&L along with KPIs. 7.Monitor and stream line various procedures ensuring compliance with RACM (Risk 8..Managed Big 4 Auditors. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 5-8 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting. Strong understanding of Ind As and Statutory Compliances. Proficiency in accounting software - ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
