Role: HR & Office Admin (On-Site, Mysore) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Admin to manage daily operations, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities HR Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance. Support performance management and employee engagement activities. Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications. Address employee queries and act as a bridge between staff and management. Office Administration Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications. Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments. Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in office administration and multitasking. Basic accounting knowledge is preferred. Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
