Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager with more than 5 years of professional expertise in managing finance, compliance, and accounting operations. This is a senior role for someone who can take complete ownership of financial planning, reporting, and guiding the company’s growth with accurate financial insights. Responsibilities Oversee the complete finance and accounting function, including bookkeeping, billing, vendor payments, and client invoicing Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with company goals Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, and other regulatory filings Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies for audits and reporting Implement internal controls and improve financial processes for efficiency Mentor junior accounting staff and oversee payroll, expense management, and reconciliations Provide management with clear financial reports and recommendations for decision-making Eligibility Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in corporate or agency environments Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software along with MS Excel Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Salary Range : ₹5.0 LPA to ₹6.0 LPA We value expertise, accountability, and results .
