Role Summary: Executes architectural design from concept through documentation, delivering functional and code-compliant solutions. Core Responsibilities: Develops architectural design concepts, from schematic drawings to detailed construction documents. Manages project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure functionality, compliance, and delivery. Collaborates with consultants, and internal teams to translate requirements into design solutions. Produces presentations, 3D models, and working drawings using basic tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Ensures quality control, accuracy, and timely delivery of design documentation. Mentors junior designers and supports project team coordination. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is a must. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience. Portfolio showcasing strong architectural design skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software. Detailed knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and design standards. Strong presentation abilities and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently. Preferred: Experience managing projects concept-to-completion.
