The Role We’re hunting for a Creative Strategist who’s equal parts thinker, doer, and maker . Someone who can: Dive deep into research and uncover insights that fuel great ideas. Build and design campaign ideas & decks that clients can’t say no to. Coordinate with clients, understand their world , and translate it into powerful creative work. Step into the shoes of a Creative Producer/Director to bring ideas to life across films, campaigns, and content. Stay on top of industry trends, culture, and conversations and use that to create work that feels fresh and relevant. Be the one who can crack ideas in a snap the spark in the room. What You’ll Be Doing Campaign Development → Research, brainstorm, and design full-fledged campaign ideas. Deck Design & Pitches → Create sharp, visually engaging decks that sell ideas with impact. Client Collaboration → Work closely with clients, decode their needs, and ensure ideas stay aligned. Creative Production → Oversee shoots, content pieces, and campaigns as a Producer/Director. Trendspotting → Keep the team ahead by scouting global creative work, trends, and innovations. Idea Generation → Be the go-to person when the team or client needs that one killer idea . Who You Are A natural storyteller who knows how to connect ideas to culture. 3–5 years of experience in advertising / branded content / creative agencies . Comfortable switching between strategy, ideation, and execution . Sharp presentation skills you know how to sell an idea in a room . A strong eye for design, film, and communication .
