Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Digital Ad Sales Specialist to join our team at . This role focuses exclusively on selling digital advertising solutions while working collaboratively with our existing internal sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new digital advertising revenue streams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between digital and traditional advertising efforts. Key Responsibilities Digital Sales & Revenue Generation Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for digital advertising opportunities on Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly digital ad revenue targets Create customized digital advertising proposals including display ads, sponsored content, newsletter placements, and other digital formats Negotiate pricing, contracts, and campaign terms with clients Maintain and grow existing digital advertising client relationships Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital advertising clients Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and advertising needs Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high client satisfaction rates Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally Develop long-term partnerships with key digital advertising clients Cross-Team Coordination Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing team to identify cross-selling opportunities Coordinate integrated campaigns that combine both digital and print advertising elements Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to improve overall service delivery Ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all advertising channels Campaign Management & Delivery Work with technical and content teams to ensure proper implementation of digital ad campaigns Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and client feedback Ensure all digital advertisements meet quality standards and brand guidelines Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations Market Development Research and analyze digital advertising market trends and competitive landscape Identify new digital advertising opportunities and revenue streams Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows as needed Contribute to the development of digital advertising packages and pricing strategies Required Qualifications Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, or related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, metrics, and best practices Excellent negotiation and closing skills Technical Knowledge Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (CPM, CPC, CTR, conversion tracking) Understanding of website analytics and campaign performance measurement Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad serving platforms (preferred) Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising Personal Attributes Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Results-oriented with strong attention to detail Team player with collaborative mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in Indian digital media landscape Knowledge of Hindi content market and audience preferences Previous experience coordinating with print media teams Familiarity with content management systems and web publishing Experience with integrated marketing campaigns
