Job Title: Sales Quality Analyst Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in Sales Quality/QA roles) Salary: Up to 7LPA Shift: US shift - 7:30PM to 5:00AM Industry: (e.g., SaaS, B2B, IT Services, etc.) Notice: Immediate Joiners required Contact: - Jason Lucas Email Id: Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Quality Analyst to ensure excellence in communication across our sales touchpoints. The role involves auditing sales calls and emails, identifying areas of improvement, and working closely with the sales and training teams to maintain and enhance customer experience and compliance with process standards. Key Responsibilities: Audit inbound and outbound sales calls and email communications to assess adherence to company standards, scripts, and policies. Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Identify training needs and process gaps based on audit findings. Create detailed reports and dashboards on quality scores, trends, and improvement areas. Collaborate with sales leads and trainers to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation of QA procedures and suggest process enhancements. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales quality assurance, customer experience QA, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and rapport building. Familiarity with QA tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and call recording systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and insights from data. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. Experience in B2B or SaaS-based companies. Exposure to sales enablement or performance improvement programs.
