Own the end-to-end sales funnel: lead response, qualification, appointments, onboarding, retention . Deploy the best global tool stack — Salesforce/HubSpot, Five9/Genesys/NICE, ServiceTitan/Workiz, Zendesk/Freshdesk. Implement world-class training (V&A, compliance, sales coaching) and AI-driven performance systems. Partner with US leadership teams, present in MBRs/QBRs, and deliver hard ROI outcomes .
