Inviting applications for the role of a Blade Analytics and Condition Monitoring Support Engineer . The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of technical, digital and communication skills. The role requires understanding of blade parts, technical analysis including prior knowledge of analyzing mechanical blade damages. Previous experience in Inspecting, diagnosing, adjusting, or repair of offshore wind turbines will be an added advantage. Essential Competencies: Failure Mode Identification : Identifying and diagnosing blade-specific failure modes, enabling targeted interventions and reliability improvements. Blade Repair Knowledge : Hands-on Blade repair knowledge and ability to understand the blade failure modes and repair methods. Operational Factors : Knowledge of the operational factors that affect blade performance and longevity. Desirable Attributes : Data Analysis: Knowledge and experience of working on data analysis utilizing MS-Excel, smart sheet and MS-Office applications. Sales Force applications : Experience of working with Sales Force applications. Professional Qualities : Learning and Adaptability : A proactive learner who continuously seeks to enhance knowledge and skills in blade technology and condition monitoring, while effectively adapting to new challenges and changes in the field. Resilience : Willingness to recognize areas for improvement, with a focus on developing effective solutions and enhancements. Transparency and Problem-Solving : Openness in addressing blade-related challenges and a strong commitment to devising strategies to prevent recurrence and improve blade processes. Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams, facilitating cooperation and integration across different areas to achieve project goals Qualifications Minimum qualifications B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering (Industrial experience in Wind Industry is preferred) Technical Skills Proven experience with Wind turbine Blades Ability on Decision making based on the respective condition. Experience of working with other predictive maintenance technologies and practices related to wind turbines. Key competencies Strong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication. Knowledge about Wind Turbine Blades. Attention to detail and good articulation skills. Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization.
