Business Growth Intern – Luxury Segment (All-Terrain SSVs & UTVs)  Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, with flexibility for travel to client locations, test tracks, and luxury events across India. Stipend/Compensation: As per company policy Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension or conversion to full-time based on performance). Position Summary A-THON is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated students and young professionals who want hands-on exposure in the luxury automotive and lifestyle sector . As a Business Growth Intern , you will support our team in positioning A-THON’s flagship all-terrain vehicle, the ASHVA 4x4 , as India’s premier luxury off-road vehicle. This internship provides unique exposure to high-value client engagement, luxury brand positioning, and premium event experiences . You’ll assist in curating experiences for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs , supporting business growth initiatives while learning directly from industry professionals. Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities As an intern, you will: Client Engagement Support Assist in managing client databases and CRM entries. Help prepare presentations, proposals, and follow-up communication with potential clients. Shadow senior executives during client meetings, product demos, and test drives. Sales & Market Research Support the sales team in gathering market intelligence on luxury vehicles and adventure products. Analyze competitor offerings and create comparison reports. Assist in preparing sales performance reports and forecasting documents. Event Coordination & Experience Marketing Support planning and execution of exclusive events such as private test drives, reveals, and luxury showcases. Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and client invitations. Capture client feedback and event performance metrics. Digital Marketing & Branding Work with the marketing team to create social media content tailored for HNI/UHNI audiences. Track engagement metrics and support in running targeted campaigns. Assist in curating premium brand experiences online and offline. Partnership & Networking Support Research potential collaborations with luxury brands, premium venues, and lifestyle companies. Help prepare partnership proposals and pitch decks. Support networking activities during high-profile industry events. Desired Skills & Attributes Strong interest in luxury automobiles, adventure sports, or premium lifestyle brands . Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Professional demeanor with confidence and discretion in client interactions. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Social media savvy, with a knack for creating engaging content.
