Role- Team Member- HSW Job Level/ Designation- M1 Function / Department- Technology Location- PAN India Job Purpose Responsible for HSW Compliance and for deploying and Audit of HSW norms in circle Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Governance with VIL Internal Team, MS and Infra partners for HSW Compliance Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and ensure “Zero” Fatality. SW Score>90 (9/12 months ) Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing Periodic inspections ,random field checks to improve HSW compliance Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Strong Knowledge of safety HSW compliance Communication and Presentation skills Knowledge of safety Rules and practices must. Experience- 5-7 years of experience. Must have technical / professional qualifications B.E in Electrical/Electronics First Level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety perspective.
