We are looking for Head Quality for one of our esteemed client manufacturing Heavy Fabrication Vessels and Equipment near Vadodara Head - QA/QC Experience 20+ years Qualification B.E./B.Tech. (Metallurgy / Mechanical) Masters Degree - Desirable Responsibilities  Documentation & Compliance o Prepare Work Instructions, Procedures, and QAPs tailored to specific project needs. o Develop and maintain documentation for ISO 9001, PED CE marking, and other relevant certifications. o Ensure compliance with codes and standards such as ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, EN 13445, EN 13480, ASME Section IX) o Ensure document standardization across all plants (e.g., EN 10028-7, EN 15609, EN 10216-5, IATF 16949, FSSC 22000).  Inspection & Supplier Management o Lead supplier inspections, inward inspections, and in-process inspections to maintain high-quality standards. o Maintain records of all inspection activities, ensuring proper documentation for in-process and supplier inspections. o Prepare detailed inspection reports and coordinate approvals with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies and customer representatives.  Integrated Management Systems (IMS) o Promote awareness and compliance with Integrated Management Systems (IMS), including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. o Coordinate and manage end-to-end audits and inspections related to IMS and other quality certifications. Desired Skills  Extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance within the fabrication industry,  Strong foundational knowledge of Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel materials, including various grades and specifications commonly used in fabrication processes.  Hands-on expertise in welding processes such as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).  In-depth understanding of ASME code requirements and other relevant international standards.  Proven experience in working with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies like BVIS, LRIS, TUV, or equivalent organizations, ensuring successful audits and compliance.  Level II qualifications in Radiography Testing (RT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) as per ASNT standards (preferred).  Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to quality standards in every aspect of the production and inspection lifecycle.
