Finance Manager – Hyderabad (SEZ, Global Operations) OmicsVeu | Precision Oncology & Molecular Diagnostics About Us OmicsVeu, headquartered in Fremont, California, with operations in India, is a global leader in precision oncology and molecular diagnostics. Our Hyderabad SEZ facility serves as a hub for R&D, manufacturing, and worldwide operations. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting, compliance, and reporting functions, while ensuring seamless coordination with our U.S. headquarters. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting: Manage accounting, cost accounting, AR/AP, budgeting, and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian laws (GST, TDS, Companies Act), SEZ norms, and import/export regulations. Global Coordination: Handle intercompany transactions and reporting with U.S. headquarters (Fremont, CA). Banking & Treasury: Oversee banking operations, fund management, and cash-flow planning. Audits & Controls: Lead statutory audits, regulatory filings, and strengthen internal controls. Financial Strategy: Drive cost optimization, enhance financial systems, and provide insights for decision-making. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / CPA (or equivalent). 7–10 years of finance experience (MNC/SEZ background preferred). Expertise in Indian GAAP; IFRS/US GAAP knowledge is an advantage. Experience with import/export finance and intercompany transactions. ERP skills (SAP B1 preferred).
