Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Siebel CRM Administrator to manage and maintain the Siebel CRM infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user and role administration, system performance monitoring, patch management, and overall environment stability. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our Siebel CRM platform. Should be aware of Siebel Upgrade Process to IP 24 Experience: 5 to 7 Years Experience Location: Pune / Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Administer Siebel users, roles, and responsibilities, including security settings and access controls. Monitor and optimize the performance of Siebel servers and components to ensure high availability and responsiveness. Plan and execute the implementation of patches, updates, and version upgrades in coordination with development and QA teams. Manage and maintain the Siebel Gateway, Siebel Enterprise, and Siebel Servers, ensuring proper configuration and uptime. Perform regular system health checks, log analysis, and capacity planning. Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to support Siebel environment needs. Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application and infrastructure issues in a timely manner. Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and change management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM Administration. Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, and Siebel Server components. Experience with user and role management, security policies, and authentication mechanisms. Proficiency in performance tuning, log analysis, and system monitoring tools. Hands-on experience with patching, upgrades, and environment migrations. Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siebel IP versions and Open UI. Knowledge of high-availability and disaster recovery strategies. Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments. Siebel Administration Certification is a plus.
