The role is responsible for ensuring seamless HR service delivery, compliance with global employment laws, and driving people strategies that align with business objectives. This position will lead a team of HR professionals, managing both operational excellence and strategic initiatives. 12+ years of HR experience, including senior-level exposure. • Strong expertise in global HR practices across India, UAE, UK, and US. • Knowledge of international labor laws and data protection regulations. • Proven ability to manage HR operations and partner strategically with leadership. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and HR technology skills (Zoho, KEKA HR, Workday, etc.). Competencies • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution. • High accountability and ownership. • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. • Focus on compliance, employee experience, and continuous improvement Duties to be performed: HR Business Operations • Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, probation, background verification, documentation, and offboarding. • Manage global payroll, benefits, attendance, leave/WFH, and insurance programs. • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, mobility, and visa requirements. • Supervise employee data integrity, HRMS/ZOHO systems, and HR automation. • Drive engagement activities, helpdesk/ticketing, and internal communication. HR Business Partnership • Lead talent management: performance, career development, rewards, and recognition. • Strengthen employee relations, workplace grievance resolution, and stakeholder alignment. • Oversee HR budgeting, attrition reporting, audits, and policy governance. • Manage employee experience initiatives: surveys, feedback mechanisms, HR newsletters, and engagement programs. • Drive HR programs such as internships, buddy programs, induction, stay interviews, and leadership development. • Ensure compliance with data protection (DPO, GDPR, UAE Federal Law, US requirements) and HR process governance.
