Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain integrated data assets using SQL, AWS Glue, and other technologies to support analytics across digital channels. Build and monitor scalable data models that reflect customer experience performance and enable strategic decision-making. Ensure data quality and integrity through proactive testing, anomaly detection, and automated monitoring processes. Develop and govern dashboards in Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Quantum Metric to support self-service analytics and performance visibility. Partner with cross-functional teams to align datasets, define KPIs, and ensure a single source of truth across reporting tools. Manage and optimize data infrastructure within EDW, including sandbox environments, production tables, and data refresh automation. Support deep-dive analysis by writing complex SQL queries across diverse data sources (e.g., RPAD, PNR, Qualtrics). Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to onboard external data sources and stitch together customer journey data across channels. Lead governance efforts around dashboard performance, data privacy, tagging fidelity, and event creation for digital analytics. Drive training and adoption of analytics tools across product and insights teams. Partner with business analysts on the Experience Insights team to define data structures and visualization requirements for advanced reporting. Support new digital initiatives with analytical solutions and dashboard development. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or engineering 5+ years of experience. Expert in writing Advance / Complex SQL queries with strong experience in Python (NumPy & Pandas) and data processing tools such as AWS Glue or SAS , Proficient with Tableau for advanced visualization & advanced Calculations Understanding of dashboard creation in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics High attention to detail, solution-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications): Advanced expertise in Tableau, including the ability to build highly functional, user-centric dashboards and engineer complex calculated metrics, parameters, and interactivity that enable users to explore data dynamically and derive actionable insights. Advanced knowledge of AWS analytics toolkit (e.g., Redshift, Sagemaker, Lambda etc.) Prior experience with Delta or other airline or Hospitality data a plus Self-motivated and take pride in building great products for key stakeholders.
