Contact Person - Nandhinee S Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Email Process) - UK Shift Work Location: Navallur Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for our email process. This role involves providing exceptional support to our UK-based customers during their working hours. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Stay updated with product knowledge and changes to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong written communication skills in English. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to work in the UK shift (typically 1 PM to 10 PM IST). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
