Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Specification Manager located in Bengaluru. The Specification Manager will be responsible for developing and managing detailed specifications for various projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and interior designers, conducting site visits, researching and sourcing sustainable materials, and ensuring all specifications comply with industry standards and client requirements. The role also involves providing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the different stages of design and construction. Qualifications Experience in developing and managing project specifications Collaborative skills to work with architects, interior designers, and project teams Strong research and sourcing skills for sustainable materials Technical proficiency to ensure specifications comply with industry standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience in a similar role within the design or construction industry is a plus
