ITOM Agent Client Collector (ACC) SME Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Delhi NCR. Experience: 3-7 years Immediate Joiners Preferred. Responsibilities: • Update sets knowledge/management. • dashboard creation/management. • policy creation/management. • check definition/instance creation/management. • MID Server installation/management. • Agent Client collector installation/management. • event/alert management rule creation/management. • Overall. ITOM troubleshooting capabilities. • Good experience of scripting experience • Should have great communication skills • Open to Rotational shift with weekend on-call. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications / Skills • Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred qualifications / Skills Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.
