Learn more at: Role Summary: Brand within Dentsu Internationa l: Dentsu Creative Job Title : Manager – Client Servicing (ATL + Social Media) Location : Richmond Road, Bengaluru Experience : Minimum 4+ years of client servicing experience in digital/ mainstream advertising/ integrated ad agencies. (Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position ) Job Summary : We are looking for a Manager – Client Servicing (ATL + Social Media) to join our team at Dentsu Creative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective integrated solutions across ATL and social media platforms. Key Accountabilities Lead and manage end-to-end ATL and social media campaigns across multiple brand verticals. Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production) to ensure seamless and timely delivery of campaigns. Manage ATL campaigns along with social media initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Oversee on-ground activations, events, and shoot coordination as required. Drive day-to-day client communication, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all platforms and projects. Contribute to identifying opportunities for organic growth and support in new business pitches. Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and value-added recommendations. Track, monitor, and report campaign performance to clients. Handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail. Professional Skills: 4+ years of experience in account management or social media roles in advertising/digital agencies. Strong understanding of ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and Social Media campaign management. Experience with automobile or consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory. Hands-on experience in working with brand teams and agency partners. Ability to multitask, travel for on-ground work, and manage high-pressure timelines. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. Open to travel or extended hours during shoots/activations as required. A go-getter attitude with the ability to work discreetly and independently.
