Job Purpose: The CargoWise Developer is responsible for the development, customization, and continuous improvement of the CargoWise One system to support business operations across multiple branches. The role focuses on automating workflows, enhancing system usability, and developing integrations with internal and external systems via EDI, API, and web services. The developer will work closely with business teams to translate operational requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring consistent system performance, process efficiency, and data integrity across branches. Key Performance Area: CW1 Workflows : Configuring Milestones Configuring Tasks Configuring Triggers & Actions CW1 Modules : Forwarding Modules (Shipment, Booking, Consol, Containers, & Order) Customs Declarations Port Transport CRM Modules (Inquiry, Opportunity, One off Quote) Contracts Upload : Autorating revenue & cost. Profit Share Agreements Customizations : Develop & maintain reports. Develop & maintain documents by “Docbuilder” function. Integrations : Integrations with internal & external parties through e-adaptor. E2E integrations with other CW1 systems. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Cargowise Developer or in a smilar role, with deep understanding of the Cargowise Forwarding, Accounting, & Commercial modules. Proficiency in configuring and customizing documents & reports. Proficiency in customizing workflows, automations, data mappings, & system integrations. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Information Technology or equivalent field. Previous experience developing Power-app & Azure automations is a plus. Professional Certificates and Licenses Certified as a Cargowise professional.
