Collaborate closely with account management teams and clients to understand project objectives, audience insights, and brand guidelines, translating them into creative strategies and solutions. Conceptualize and oversee the development of creative campaigns, from ideation and pitching to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand identity, and industry trends. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to creative team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence in creative execution. Lead client presentations and pitches, effectively communicating creative concepts, strategies, and value propositions to key stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, infusing innovative ideas and approaches into projects and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, production, and digital teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of creative initiatives. Qualification Required: MBA from top tier Management Schools in India or abroad Experience Required: 8-10 years of experience in the industry. Exceptional creative thinking, conceptualization, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Deep understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing principles, with the ability to translate client briefs and objectives into compelling creative solutions.
