Sales Development (Associate / Senior Associate) - North America / EMEA / APAC Fulltime. Location: Airoli - Navi Mumbai Overview: We intend to accelerate our growth by recruiting a top-notch Sales Development Representative who will be an integral part of a fast-growing sales environment. As a GEP SDR, you will participate in the introduction of sales in your assigned region to decision-makers in their targeted accounts. How We’ll Work Together: Communicate GEP’s value to potential customers Collaborate with sales & marketing to build prospecting strategies Nurture early-stage opportunities with helpful insights Drive toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets Engage key decision-makers with compelling messaging Stay informed on GEP solutions and competitor offerings Keep an active, professional LinkedIn presence Track lead activity and notes in CRM systems What You’ll Get at GEP: Work with a diverse, global team of industry experts Access to world-class training and career development Thrive in a culture of service excellence, learning, and accountability Be recognized for your impact and ideas Enjoy a flexible, inclusive, and purpose-driven work environment Skills & Experience: 1-5 years in Lead Generation or Sales Development or Inside Sales in high-tech B2B/cloud/SaaS/IT services Skilled at identifying and reaching prospects via outbound calls, email, direct mail, LinkedIn Adaptable to fast-changing, growth-focused environments Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator of value propositions Strong consultative skills; able to handle objections and educate prospects Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience required Fluent in English Nice to Have: Experience selling ERP, Sourcing, Spend Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Financial software The X-Factor: Entrepreneurial mindset Proactive support for sales teams Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
