Job Description

Location:  Bhubaneswar (On-site) Department:  Digital & Strategy Reporting To:  Brand Strategy Head / Director Experience:  2–5 Years Role Objective To build, manage, and scale the digital presence of clients and in-house brands through strategic content planning, execution, performance analysis, and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple brands (across industries) Coordinate with design, copywriting, and video teams for seamless post deliveries Strategize for engagement, reach, and growth on each platform Write post briefs and captions when needed; guide creative direction for reels and stories Monitor brand voice, audience sentiment, and competitive trends Handle influencer outreach and collaboration planning (especially for Personal Branding clients) Run and manage paid promotions across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube Present performance reports using insights from Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Plan & coordinate live campaigns, brand launches, and event coverage Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent Proven track record of managing multiple brand handles Strong understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior Ability to think creatively and analytically Fluency with scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later, Buffer), and analytics dashboards Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability Bonus Skills Influencer management experience Personal branding and community building background Canva/CapCut/Instagram editing proficiency Fluent in Odia, Hindi, and English for localized campaigns
