We help companies improve customer engagement through secure, scalable, and reliable communication tools. We are expanding our team in Ahmedabad and looking for a Business Development focused on the Australian B2B market . Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business leads in Australia. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2B prospects across Australia in industries such as retail, Marketing Agencies, education, and technology. Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods. Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and readiness to adopt communication solutions. Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team. Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international (Australia/US/UK) markets. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Strong research skills using LinkedIn, industry directories, and other prospecting tools. Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, GHL, or similar). Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts. Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS, Telecom, or CRM-related services. Knowledge of Australian business culture and sales approach.
