The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in testing AI-powered applications, conversational platforms, and next-generation social features across Web, iOS, and Android. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test strategies to validate advanced features such as intelligent assistants, generative response flows, and interactive user engagement experiences. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and validate AI-driven conversational features, generative content, and social engagement workflows. • Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases for Web, iOS, and Android platforms. • Ensure comprehensive end-to-end test coverage for dynamic, real-time, and multi-platform applications. • Log, track, and verify defects, coordinating with development teams for resolution. • Maintain regression test suites to validate frequent updates and evolving AI-driven features. • Review test results, investigate failures, and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Participate in cross-functional reviews, providing QA insights into release readiness and platform stability. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing. • Hands-on experience testing AI-enabled, user-facing, large-scale applications. • Expertise in Web, iOS, and Android testing. • Excellent understanding of test methodologies, defect lifecycle, and test documentation. • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (TestRail, JIRA, etc.). • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium. • Understanding of performance, scalability, or security testing for high-traffic applications.
