Project Team Interview + HR Round Key Responsibilities Create and edit training data to improve AI model accuracy and language quality Review and annotate text to align AI outputs with human values Refine grammar, syntax, and structure of text written by humans and AI Collaborate with teams of researchers, data scientists, and engineers Follow and adapt to changing guidelines and project needs Meet daily production goals and quality standards Qualifications Master’s, M.Phil, or Ph.D. in subjects like English, Linguistics, Journalism, Economics, , or Creative Writing Excellent English writing and editing skills Strong grammar and language knowledge Detail-oriented and curious Able to research online effectively Comfortable with change and ambiguity Open to diverse teams and perspectives Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in data labelling (including NSFW content) Active user of social media Strong communication skills
