Shift Timings: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST Job Title: Senior Analyst/ Team Lead/AM - Marketing Compliance Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)/Remote Job Overview: To provide support for compliance review of marketing materials Experience in FINRA & SEC Marketing Rules The materials include Generic pitchbook, Custom pitchbook, Quarterly reports, Media communications, RFI/RFP and DDQ etc. Client uses ACA’s Compliance Alpha tool for the reviews Workflow involves compliance review and approval of marketing materials on the tool with adherence to specific TAT requirements - 48 hours for rush and 72 hours for standard reviews
