Job Title - Plant HR Experience - 7+ years Location - Ponda Goa Role Description Plant HR will be responsible for managing various HR functions at the plant level including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks involve handling grievances, conducting employee engagement activities and coordinating with other departments. Ensuring a safe and productive work environment and managing employee records and documentation are also key responsibilities. Experience & Qualifications Min 7+ Years Experience in Employee Relations and Grievance Management Skills in Recruitment, Compensation Benefit & Statutory Compliance. Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the industrial sector or manufacturing environment is a plus
