Azent Overseas Education: Key Responsibilities of Student Success Manager (Counsellor/Sr Counsellor) Have strong destination knowledge of Germany and other European countries. Guide students on overseas study options based on their academic background, goals, and interests. Provide information on universities, courses, admission requirements, and application processes. Assist students in preparing and reviewing application documents (forms, essays, SOPs, CVs, etc.). Counsel students on visa requirements, financial planning, and scholarship opportunities. Conduct end to end process of students, right from counselling, application till visa processing. Conduct orientation sessions for students about living and studying abroad. Stay updated with international education policies, admission deadlines, and university updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions abroad. Handle student queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Keep proper records of student applications and follow up until admission/visa completion. Support marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, education fairs, and webinars.
