Position: Performance Marketing Associate Location: Noida Experience: 3 to 5 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, app promotion, retention strategies, and a deep understanding of analytics tools to drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, run A/B tests, and create high-performing ad creatives and copy. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console. Manage mobile app tracking and attribution through MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, or Branch. Execute retention marketing campaigns using platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, and WhatsApp Marketing. Generate actionable insights and performance reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals and stay current with digital marketing trends. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing performance campaigns on major digital platforms. Strong proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting. Experience with mobile app marketing and user acquisition strategies. Familiarity with retention tools and engagement platforms is a plus.
