Job Description

Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager at Xiaomi India will drive all aspects of digital marketing to maximize brand visibility, accelerate new product launches, and deliver business growth across online channels. Will be working across Smartphones, Tablets ,Televisions & AIOT categories.This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, strategic campaign planning, cross-channel execution, and analytical optimization to deliver high ROI in a fast-paced FMCD environment Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Xiaomi’s business and product launch objectives Plan, budget, and oversee omnichannel digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace ads, DV360, and other programmatic platforms Lead media planning and media buying activities, optimizing spending across digital touchpoints. Campaign Management Set up, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels Execute programmatic buying through DV360 and other DSPs; leverage audience segmentation and advanced targeting Track and maximize campaign performance based on KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, and conversion rates Analysis & Optimization Analyze trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategy Use analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Appsflyer) to report, interpret, and optimize campaign results. Lead A/B testing and creative experimentation across ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels. Product Launches & Innovation Partner with product and creative teams to drive successful digital launches of new products and categories Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Brand, Content, Product) to ensure integrated launch campaigns. Identify and test emerging platforms, channels, and acquisition tactics. Leadership & Collaboration Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team. Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to execute and scale marketing programs. Present campaign strategies, learnings, and results to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Campaign Reporting & communication to top management regarding the performance of projects Experience in omni-channel brand building within a high-growth environment Desired Skillsets & Qualifications MBA from a recognized institution Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in FMCD, FMCG, or agency background Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and running programmatic campaigns via DV360 Proven experience with e-commerce platform advertising (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) Advanced skills in media planning and media buying across multiple digital channels Strong analytical abilities with experience using tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, or Appsflyer Demonstrated success in launching new products through digital go-to-market campaigns Excellent communication, reporting presentation, and stakeholder management skills Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technology platforms, and regulatory requirements Experience managing large digital budgets and optimizing for maximum ROI Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach to campaign management
