Job Description

Achieve corporate sales targets through active business development, lead generation, and upselling.  Drive synergy sales by cross-promoting banquet/event facilities to restaurant clientele  Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for high-value events, premium clientele, and niche markets.  Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate networks and decision-makers.  Conduct professional client meetings and detailed site inspections to showcase facilities and services.  Maintain a strong repeat client base through personalized service and consistent follow-ups.  Collaborate with operations, culinary, and service teams to design customized event experiences aligned to premium brand positioning.  Create innovative and cost-effective menu proposals in coordination with the Brand Chef and GM-Operations.  Oversee seamless event execution while acting as the primary client liaison on the event day.  Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns, social media strategies, and influencer collaborations targeting luxury and corporate segments.  Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts within approved parameters to ensure profitability.  Ensure timely processing of contracts, deposits, and cancellations in collaboration with the Finance department.  Track, maintain, and update sales pipelines and client records in the CRM system.  Prepare accurate and detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.  Represent the brand at relevant networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to strengthen market presence.
