About Us Amadora Ice Cream is a fast-growing premium QSR brand with outlets across multiple cities. As we expand rapidly, we rely on strong data-driven insights and reliable point-of-sale (POS) systems to drive operational excellence. We are seeking a Data Analyst & POS Support Executive who will be at the intersection of analytics, technology, and store operations . Role Overview This hybrid role is responsible for: Data Analytics – turning raw operational data into actionable insights for sales, staffing, and inventory. POS System Support – ensuring smooth functioning of our POS systems across all outlets, troubleshooting issues, and training staff. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both operations and technology. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and customer data from POS systems. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on store performance, online orders, and key KPIs. Support decision-making by identifying sales trends, upselling opportunities, and cost inefficiencies. Automate reporting dashboards for real-time visibility. POS Support Serve as the first point of contact for all POS-related issues in stores. Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with the POS vendor for resolution. Train store staff on POS usage, updates, and best practices. Ensure data accuracy and system uptime across multiple outlets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. Mandatory: Experience in the QSR industry or multi-store retail operations. 3+ years of experience in data analysis and POS support. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred. Ability to explain data insights in simple terms to operations teams.
