Identify opportunities to use data to drive efficiency, revenue, and innovation. Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Portfolio Lead manages projects within Data and Analytics space ensuring delivery as per Operating Model Partnership agreements, implements measurement of metrics and reporting. Build positive relationships with stakeholders and delivers business initiatives as per commitment. Communicates clearly with team members and stakeholders and drives innovation culture and executes the ideas to implementations. Is seen as action-oriented leader and can get into details. Has good understanding of technology and is able to implement the new technologies across the board. Team & Practice Development: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Application developers, Data engineers, Analysts, and Data scientists. Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for data projects and analytics delivery. Lead capability development and knowledge sharing across the team.
